Career & College-Readiness for Today's Student
Dream BLDRS is an award-winning program designed to empower students with the skills they need to succeed in college, careers, and life. We use culturally relevant content from pop culture, business, and entertainment to make learning engaging and relatable, translating Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) principles into practical skills. Founded by educator Patrick Walker-Reese and entrepreneur Channing Bailey, Dream BLDRS goes beyond traditional education by focusing on academic growth, soft skill development, and building a sense of community through high-impact workshops and strategic partnerships. We’re not just teaching students to dream—we’re equipping them to turn those dreams into reality.

PASSION
Dream BLDRS: Passion is designed to help dreamers tap into the core of what drives them and turn that passion into purposeful action. In this session, participants will explore how identifying their unique passions can provide the motivation and clarity needed to address real-world challenges. Through guided discussions on global issues, we will uncover the “why” behind each dreamer’s purpose, connecting their passions to meaningful causes. By understanding this deeper connection, dreamers will be empowered to not only pursue their goals but also make a positive impact in the communities they care about.
